About the beach
The river Danube, the Danube bend of Ráckevei-Soroksár is a natural attraction, which is significant for the tourism of the area, which brings that the biggest attraction of Dömsöd is the Danube. It is a sunny area, the water is rich of fish and it is suitable for swimming, so Dömsöd is a popular place of anglers and bathers for a long time.
Below you can find some photos of the history of Dömsödi Beach reminding us of all the pleasure of bathing and watersports of a lot of generations this beautiful blend of Small-Danube gave us.
It should be mentioned, that in the absence of fix renter/investors the Beach unfortunately hasn’t been developed in the past 20 years, it was a free beach in the last years with its negative and positive consequences.
The tender for the beach-operation was announced in 2015. My goal as a renter was the recondition of the area to have the Danube-bank full of life again like before. My dream was a campsite, which can offer complex services. A campsite, which is able to satisfy the needs of bathers, to serve the watersport-lovers with appropriate infrastructure, and to offer camping possibility in beautiful landscape. It is suitable for organising of meetings, events and family-days. Thanks to my family and friends most things of my plans have been implemented in the firs two years of the rental.

You can relax with your friends and family in the shadow of more than 20 big trees. If you won’t like to bath, just relax and read, you don’t need to lay in the sun or bother with sunshade.

According to the present rules of the authority, the water of the beach is regularly controlled. The water was until now always qualified as good. We are paying attention to th0065 regularly cleaning of the blank and getting rid of the seaweed.

A büfénkről bővebben
A strand területén kialakított, teljesen felújított büfénk széles kínálatával próbálunk kedveskedni, minden hozzánk betérő vendégnek. A szépséges Duna partján, térköves és napernyőkkel fedett, hangulatos teraszon fogyaszthatja kedvenc ételét és italát. Étlapunkon megtalálhatók a helyben, frissen sütött ételek, valamint hűsítő italok és jégkrémek.
Szeszesital kínálatunkkal a felnőtt korosztálynak is kedveskedünk. Nálunk tartott rendezvényekre kérés szerint bármilyen más ételeket is elkészítünk, nagyobb rendezvények igényeit is képesek vagyunk kiszolgálni, akár egy hangulatos helyben készülő ökör vagy malacsütéssel is.

Let’s go camping in wooden tents
We offer you two typs of accomodations
Saját sátras kempingezés
Camping in your own tent: you can enjoy the beautiful view from your tent on the lawn-coverd beach directly next to the river. You can use the bath- and toilet, fire place for grill, kitchen and washmashine.
Price: 2000,- HUF / tent / person / night
The price does not include the beach ticket (700HUF/person/day),
and the local tax on tourism (250HUF/person/day)
„ Wooden tent camping"
We offer 16 wooden tents in a fenced area of the camping for our guests. You can find mattress in the tent, but if you need bedding and sheet, you need to bring it for yourself from home. You can use the bath and toilet, fire place for grill, kitchen and washmashine.
Price: 7000,- HUF / wooden tent for 2 person / night
The price already includes the beach ticket for two persons
the price does not include the local tax on tourism 250 HUF/Person/day
